Description:
Made for a show that was going to have over a hundred pieces in it. I wanted to make a piece that would stand out, so I put a giant red blinking light in it. I was playing with the idea of putting the words “HEY! LOOK AT ME, LOOK AT ME!” I called my friend and fellow artist, Kristy Cherry, and ran that idea past her-
…but Kristy said “No.”

You have more facets in your personality than anyone I've ever met. I know this just as much if not more as a viewer of your artwork than I do as your sister--and that's a really neat thing.

haha! i've finally gotten to your cyberimagin' page because the little scrap of paper with the pertinent info has gotten lost in the abyss of my green green bag. this piece made me laugh aloud! i love the strongman. and very colorful for a ron hollingshead- which i think was a wise move as the blue elephant can get overwhelming with the aesthetic that we so admire and use: old, yellowed, wood, found. well done sir, well done indeed.
